Choose from 9 customizable training programs – or ask about designing a new course, at no additional cost. Our courses not only lead to an industry-recognized credential for participants, but also address the five newly WIOA Youth Program elements, such as financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills training.
Prepare your Youth for Work Experiences or other work-based learning opportunities. This foundational program provides successful graduates with the WIOA required financial literacy training, work ethic skill building, goal setting, and an industry-recognized Leadership Certification. Following program completion, Youth participants will be even more marketable to potential employers and internship sites. Ask us about other credentials that are available - either as a substitute or in addition to the Leadership Certification- such as Business Communication or Customer Service. This program provides your region with a turnkey program to prepare Youth for work-based learning opportunities or post-secondary education.
Computer Tech Works
Introduce students to the software development field while providing them with the essential computer technology concepts required to survive in today's workplace. Participants will even develop their own Android application using their new programming skills. Successful graduates will attain the widely-recognized Internet Computing and Core (IC3) certification – along with a new tablet to practice their newly-acquired skills. Call Center Tech
Provide students with the foundation for high-impact client service by developing effective customer relationship-building skills and customer care strategies, including those required in call center environments. This course develops a powerful and well-rounded combination of Microsoft Office Excel and technical customer service skills sets demanded by the industry. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will earn two industry recognized credentials, the Internet and Core Computing (IC3) Certification and certification in Customer Service.
Introduce participants to the tourism industry by covering a wide range of topics, such as the business of tourism, developing and supplying tourism demand, types of tourism, tourism management, marketing, hospitality, as well as an in-depth review of effective customer service and communication strategies. Successful graduates will earn an industry-recognized certification in Hospitality and Tourism.
Learn the best communication practices and develop high-quality business communication skills in this engaging and interactive program. Students will explore and study of the process of communication within a business environment – allowing participants to make better choices in their day-to-day communication. Successful participants will earn an industry-recognized Business Communications Certification validating their communication skills..
Provide your Youth program participants with the entrepreneurial skills they need to plan, launch, and grow their own profitable business! Participants will cover topics that will help them turn ideas into income, create a business plan, market their company, manage cash flow, and many other business management concepts. After successfully completing the included Prometric assessment, students will earn an industry-recognized certification in Business Management.
Office Administration Works
Students will gain the foundational knowledge needed to succeed in the modern office environment. This program builds the technical skills employers seek when hiring Administrative Assistants and other related roles. Students will also learn other core administrative skills, including typing, basic bookkeeping, customer service basics, netiquette and electronic customer service, organization skills, time management, prioritizing, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, decision making, resolving conflict and stress management. Successful graduates will earn the internationally-recognized Internet Computing and Core (IC3) certification.

Customer Service Works
Build the foundation for quality customer service and strong customer relationships by developing effective internal and external customer care strategies. Concepts in emerging technologies are also covered. Training is conducted in a fun, interactive environment using real life scenarios to develop practical customer service skills. Successful graduates will earn an industry-recognized Customer Service Certification, a marketable certification students can add to their resume and promote to employers.
