I refer to JobWorks as a Family because that is how I see JobWorks. Just like a family (Brother and Sisters that is) not everyone sees things the same way. But we are allowed to express our views and at the end of the day just like a family we work through it and stand together. Over the years I have worked with other service providers but returned to JobWorks like the practical son.

I’ve been with JobWorks over 16 years, and I know I can call my coworkers and they will help with any issue, whether it be a WEX timecard or something being delivered or even to meet with a client for a signature, we all assist each other while helping a young person. I feel that I’m needed in some small way to make a difference in the bigger picture.

I like working for Job Works because, I get to help people, and be a part of the great team of people we have here at Work One Lafayette. I, along with the wonderful team of people I get to work with, work hard to make sure that SOMETHING POSITIVE can come from the experience with us.

One topic worth mentioning for me is that recently I went though a very hard situation and I made that phone call to HR, Mr. Victor did not hesitate to get on the phone with me and he was warm towards me and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of. That meant so much to me. So, thank you sincerely from the bottom of my little heart.

I enjoy working for JobWorks because my position allows me to use many skills. I problem solve daily. I interact with businesses at a professional level and with clients in a more casual way. I have a chance to help people meet their goals and to help Ohio by assiting in skilled work force development.
