Our Executive Leadership Team
Rebecca Griffiths
Chief Executive Officer
Rebecca Griffiths is our CEO and has been a part of our team for 40 years. During her tenure at JobWorks, Rebecca has managed contracts and staff in nine of Indiana’s 12 workforce regions, as well as projects in Western Ohio, San Diego, and Philadelphia. She has built a reputation for being a seasoned professional at designing programs, services, and practices that meet the unique needs of each contract. Rebecca has expanded the organization’s core business of workforce services to also include skills training and consulting services.
Cathy Cross
Chief Financial Officer
Since 2016, Cathy Cross has served as our Assistant Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Director. In 2023, she took over as Chief Financial Officer. She oversees expenditures and funds so that they fall within the guidelines and compliance for each grant received. In doing so, Cathy generates monthly and financial reports and keeps things ‘in check.’ In addition to her financial responsibilities, Cathy is our Human Resource supervisor and takes care of our staff payroll.
Vic Oberhausen
Chief Human Resource Officer
Vic Oberhausen has been a member of the JobWorks team for more than 10 years. Prior to his current role of our Chief Human Resource Officer, Vic was the Program Director for Region 10 WorkOne in Southern Indiana. He worked in the private sector as a Human Resource Manager for 20 years before coming to JobWorks. Vic feels the most rewarding aspect of his role is providing the support required to ensure all JobWorks employees have the necessary skills, tools, and abilities to perform their assigned roles to the best of their ability. JobWorks Human Resource team hires applicants from all across the nation to fill positions in-house as well as for remote positions for an ever-increasing workforce to provide services for job seekers and businesses.
John Casella
Chief Growth Officer
John Casella leads the JobWorks Education and Training division and has been with the organization since 2015. As the division’s co-founder, he is responsible for ensuring high-quality products, financial sustainability, and the continued growth and evolution of the JobWorks Education and Training division. As the CGO, John is responsible for the organization’s growth and scale, ensuring that it remains a pioneer in the workforce space. He holds a master’s degree from Temple University and bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
