Region 1 JAG gathered for annual Leadership Development conference.

In December, Region 1 JAG gathered at Calumet College of St. Joseph for our annual Leadership Development conference. This was a great event planned our by JAG Coordinator, Krystal Swain!

The Leadership Development Conference (LDC) is a regional event for Career Association chapter officers to attend officer training. The Career Association is a vehicle to deliver the JAG competencies. It is co-curricular, using class time to plan, implement, and evaluate activities upon which the members decide. The Leadership Development Conference is vital in preparing chapter officers to effectively perform their roles and plan activities that address the five goals of the Career Association, which are Leadership Development, Career Development, Social Activities, Civic Activities, and Community Service.
