JobWorks to Present National Workforce Innovation Model at NAWB Forum 2026

JobWorks, Inc. is proud to announce its participation as a featured presenter at the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) Forum 2026, where our team will share an innovative, tech-enabled partnership model designed to strengthen workforce system outcomes while improving operational efficiency.

The workshop, titled “Building a Tech-Enabled Partnership Model for WIOA Service Delivery: A Practical Blueprint for Workforce Boards,” will highlight a collaborative model implemented in partnership with the Northern Indiana Workforce Board (NIWB) and regional partners to address some of today’s most pressing workforce system challenges.

Responding to a Changing Workforce Landscape

Workforce boards nationwide are navigating increasingly complex conditions. Shifting funding landscapes, staffing constraints, and rising performance expectations require new approaches to service delivery. Traditional models often place heavy administrative burdens on staff, limiting their ability to focus on direct engagement with jobseekers and employers.

In response, JobWorks and NIWB developed an integrated, tech-enabled partnership model that streamlines coordination, improves service alignment, and delivers stronger employment outcomes. This model combines workforce case management, employer engagement, career readiness coaching, and AI-powered talent tools into a unified, coordinated system designed to improve efficiency and results.

By aligning services more directly with employer demand and reducing fragmentation between partners, this approach enables workforce systems to operate more effectively while improving outcomes for both jobseekers and employers.

A Collaborative Approach to Workforce Innovation

The session will be presented by workforce and industry leaders representing multiple organizations committed to advancing workforce system performance. JobWorks Chief Growth Officer John Casella will join NIWB President and CEO Tom Kavanagh, BuildEd Founder and CEO Mark Greenberg, and SlateUp Founder and CEO Robert Merritt, and Hardly AI Founder and CEO Allison Braund-Harris to share lessons learned and implementation strategies.

Together, the presenters bring extensive experience delivering workforce programs, supporting regional workforce boards, and implementing innovative service delivery solutions across multiple markets.

Their collective experience demonstrates how strategic partnerships, combined with modern technology tools, can enhance workforce system effectiveness while maintaining strong human-centered service delivery.

Strengthening Workforce Systems Through Innovation

JobWorks has long been committed to improving workforce outcomes through innovation, partnership, and operational excellence. As one of Indiana’s largest WIOA service providers, JobWorks continues to explore new approaches that improve performance while supporting workforce staff and partners.

Participating in NAWB Forum 2026 provides an important opportunity to share these lessons and contribute to national workforce system advancement. By helping workforce boards adopt scalable, technology-enabled partnership models, JobWorks aims to support stronger employment outcomes, improved system efficiency, and expanded access to opportunity.

Workforce systems across the country are evolving. Through collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to results, JobWorks remains proud to contribute to building more effective, responsive workforce systems that serve jobseekers, employers, and communities nationwide.
