During her initial term on the NAWDP Board, Michelle played an active role in advancing the organization’s mission to elevate the workforce development profession. She has also served as Chair of the Certification Committee, helping guide and strengthen the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) credential — a cornerstone for professional excellence in the field.
